I've noticed that people are having trouble with the Nightfall mission, Gate of Madness, so I found this video on YouTube that would help you greatly.

or u can take sub way,that video dnt show builds...its like 4 monks with smite builds and maybe some area healing skills and healing breeze?

I did exactly what this guy did in the video (except for the six people) and I killed Shiro by the twenty minute mark. The only thing that was bad was the hero I flagged behind for the Lich to keep attacking was a paragon, so he came out from the obstruction to be killed. I got Expert's, but would have been better to get Master's.

This did not help the slightest. The author didn't even post hero builds. If I start running this, how do I know what builds to put on my heroes? Another thing, many people do not want NM. A lot I seen want HM. Can it do HM?

If nothing else, the video helps players who have never done the mission before by showing the landscape you’ll be on and the groups of enemies you’ll encounter regardless of what mode you’re in.

I watched this video before doing that mission for the first time a few weeks ago and I thought it was helpful. I didn’t care about his builds because I’m not a runner and I wasn‘t playing a Monk. All I wanted to know is what I was going to be up against.

As far as missions go, it is one of the easiest but you don’t know that until you go through it.

You give a rating on a video that is supposed to help newbies complete one of the hardest missions in the game? GG.

Also if you go to the actual outpost, there are plenty of people going for NM, as well as HM. And yes it can do HM, of course it'll take a little bit longer to do so.

A sped up video showing kill things and play chicken with shiro and the lich hardly helps, especially when you can't see any builds. Imo it isn't one of the hardest missions in the game either, for me I was stuck on gate of pain for weeks on my dervish after NF came out.

just watched video.. havn't done this mission in a long time but have 2 characters coming up to it soon.... so yeah, it did have some good points. Will keep them in mind.

Dunno.. I've never killed Shiro 1st, and always Lich, then capped shrines.. As for hardest missions.. I suppose we all get stuck at one at some stage... used to find Madness a lot harder than gate of pain... just depends on play style I guess, but used to find Pain a lot easier than Madness

It doesn't matter if it's in hardmode or normal mode. As long as it shows, how to correctly pull, it's going to help someone.

Thanks for the video. I read the wiki but I never understood how to do the light/shadow trick with Shiro and the obstruction trick with Lich, so I appreciate that you showed them both.
